We are providing a total building replacement and addition of a student speed line along with a large food service warehouse for this kitchen replacement at Escondido High School. The original kitchen was constructed in the 1950s, and the new, 9,000-SF industrial kitchen will serve 1,200 meals per day. The project also includes a loading dock and DSA review and approval for path of travel and restroom requirements, as well as maintaining the existing fire lane.
